Social Entrepreneurship Program
An Initiative by FusionExcel International
"Hope For Children" is a Social Entrepreneurship program mooted by two visionaries, Mr Paul Ting (CEO & Founder of FusionExcel) and Mr KS Lee (Founder Director of FusionExcel) who were touched and moved by the plights of the less fortunate and the under-privileged children when they were invited to visit the Payatas (also known as "Smokey Mountain" in the Philippines). They decided to do something about it there and then, and hence, established the charity program since 08th August 2009. Many charity causes and organisations in various countries where its network has been established have benefitted from the program.
Objectives

To instil the Spirit of Social Responsibility among FusionExcel members and entrepreneurs in general to look beyond profit orientation and assess their success in terms of the impact they will have on society. |

To encourage Entrepreneurs to recognize Social Problems and use Entrepreneurship Principles to organize, create, and manage a venture to make Social Changes. |

What is the "Hope For Children" project about?
It involves looking into the plight of the less fortunate or the under-privileged children so as to provide them financial aid in order to help improve their welfare, their subsistence, their education, their living condition, their personality development, their morale and a brighter future for them.
Part of the aim is also to provide humanitarian aid during emergencies and disasters which affect the lives of children. |

| "Hope For Children" aims to raise
US$ 10,000,000 starting from 08th August 2009 to 08th August 2014 to help poor and needy children of this world through its global network of Social Entrepreneurs. To date, the "Hope For Children" charity program has touched, changed and improved the lives of many thousands of less fortunate and under-privileged children in countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, and India.

"Hope For Children" created history
FusionExcel International created history on 07th November 2009 with the launch of its "Hope For Children" banner – the world's longest and largest banner measuring 60,000 sq. meters (1.2 kilometers long by 50 meters wide) at the Siripa Chutaporn Airport, Saraburi Province in Thailand.

| Then, on 29th May 2010, once again FusionExcel made another impact by organising a 'mega feat' event called, "Hope For Children" World Carnival Day by providing food, fun and festivity to about 20,000 poor and needy children simultaneously on the same day in various participating countries where its network is spread. |
