FE Raised RM 214,246.40 for "Christmas For Payatas" Charity Appeal! A total of RM 214,246.40 was raised for "Christmas For Payatas" Charity Appeal during FE's Achievers Recognition Dinner on 15th Nov 2008. The mock up cheque was presented by Paul Ting, CEO of FusionExcel International to Judge Lorenzo Veneracion, Chairman of Lighthouse Centre Foundation For Children, and witnessed by KS Lee, Pastor Arthur Medina and Matthew Ting, CEO of Totedaddy Limited. FE's Philippines Presidential Director and Committee Member of Lighthouse Centre Foundation For Children, Pastor Arthur Medina made a passionate appeal on behalf to the audience. When the videos on "Christmas For Payatas" were played, there were no dry eyes in the audience. There was an appearance by Mary Rose, 14 y.o scavenger from the Smokey Mountains of Payatas,Philippines, whose life is now changed forever, for the better, thanks to FE's efforts to help the less fortunates of society. FE would like to express thanks and gratitude to all those who donated and who helped in the fundraising, especially PDs Jeremy Looi, who is also the Country Licensee of Philippines (RM 25,000), KC Phoon (RM 10,000), Rachel Thomas (RM 10,000), Don Chan, Thai Country Licensee (RM 10,000), Jankij from Thailand (RM 10,000). FE is so proud that FE's culture of HELPING and CARING for the less fortunates of society is taking root and being practised by FE Members. The "Christmas For Payatas" Charity Appeal continues until Christmas Day 2008. For those FE members who has not donated, please do so GENEROUSLY.
