1. PURCHASE a Starter Pack from any Service Centre or Mobile Stockiest.

2. A NEW MEMBER ID and PRE-GIVEN PASSWORD will be issued to you via a Welcome Letter or e-mail.

3. REGISTER by filling in the Member Sign Up Form (below). Your Member Account will then be activated.

Note: Members are allowed to open as many Member Accounts as they wish, provided they are all under the SAME sponsor.

4.	Members are prohibited to be directly or indirectly engaged, interested, concerned and/or involved in any business which the sole opinion of FusionExcel International is similar and/or identical to and in competition and/or in conflict with the business of FusionExcel International.

5.	FusionExcel International reserves the sole right but not limited to suspend or terminate any distributor and further claim for damages including aggravated and punitive damages for interfering and disrupting the business of FusionExcel International.

6.	FusionExcel International reserves the sole right but not limited to suspend or terminate any distributor and further claim for damages including aggravated and punitive damages for manipulating the income plan, including but not limited to doing matrixes, stockpiling, price undercutting, poaching, directly and/or indirectly engaging in business in competition and/or in conflict with FusionExcel International's business.

7.	The above Policies supercede all previous Policies.
