The answers to this question were revealed and reminded to both novice and veteran FusionExcel partners in Success Warrior 5 seminar conducted at Grande Island. This highly empowering conference was held from 12-14 November 2011, and the 93 distributors of varying ranks present made it another successful event for FusionExcel Philippines! No Success Warrior seminar would be complete without the presence of esteemed life-coaches Crown Presidential Director Jeremy Looi and "The Mind Man" Master Coach Dev. Their valuable insights and guiding principles were eagerly listened to by our eager to learn distributors and as always, their responses were very positive. The picturesque beauty of Subic has proven to be an endearing venue for the seminar, hence a return to it. With a lush forest, a lovely beach and majestic mountains as a backdrop, it inspires a feeling of closeness with nature. Tucked away from the distractions that are always present in the concrete jungle of Manila, everyone was inspired to take a deeper look inside them, and in doing so, better assimilated the teachings of both life coaches. A recurring theme in all Success Warrior seminars is the power of the mind. According to Coach Dev, everything starts with it. "Change your mind, change your life" perfectly encapsulates the message of all his principles. He adds that once we get rid of what we thought we knew, only then can we start to set about chasing our dreams. Coach Dev also stressed the importance of having goals. He explained that positive goals are part of God's plans for us, and that achieving them is one of His greatest desires for us. Crown Presidential Director Jeremy Looi also shared his guiding principles, founded from his various experiences. As FusionExcel Philippines' Licensee, he revealed how he never hesitated to pursue his dreams when he found the perfect opportunity. He discussed the trials he faced, and how he never, ever gave up. According to him, it is all in the mind. Once you start blocking negativity and adjusting your strategies, there is no way you cannot be successful. He stressed the importance of continued self-improvement, and said that once you stop learning, you have already severely limited your potential for success. He summed it up as: "Pursuing excellence is a life-long endeavour." In addition, numerous successful FE leaders were mentioned by Crown Presidential Director Looi, deservedly crediting them for their hard work, paving the way for the company's success. They were Crown Presidential Director Nathan Demecillo, Crown Presidential Director King Fortuna, Presidential Director Abel Lualhati, Presidential Director Joel & Virgie Amangan, Presidential Director Ampi Umali and many more. These FE leaders all served as inspirational mentors to the other attendees and they continue to be proof of FusionExcel's excellence in helping to create multimillionaires. The 3-day seminar culminated with an activity where Master Dev led the attendees in casting aside all their negativity and voicing out their aspirations and goals in life. It was an emotional event, with him citing examples of failure, reminding them of its sting, but also encouraging them to realize that it was only temporary, that life is much more than our stumbles. What matters most is to focus our sight to what is best and successful for oneself and for his family. Many broke into tears and all decided at that moment to improve their mindset in order to live their life to the fullest! Success Warrior 5 once again proved the power of the human mind. Participants were noticeably more optimistic after the event, eager to go out and chase their dreams!
