FE Davao's Achiever's Recognition Night!   REPORT BY CROWN PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR CHRISTIAN EDUARD BALURAN AND CROWN PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR JASMIN CHERYL BALURAN.   The halls of Grand Men Seng Hotel and Suites of Davao City were filled with brilliance and excitement as FusionExcel International Davao kicked off its Achievers’ Recognition Night on November 26th of this year. The Event was attended by more than 200 Leaders, guests and prospects. The Event started at 7:00 in the evening with a tribal concept procession of FE Leaders spearheaded by Country Licensee of the Philippines and Top Stockist, Crown Presidential Direct Jeremy Looi, together with Crown Presidential Direct Nathan and Faithlyn Grace Demecilio,Crown Presidential Direct Christian Eduard and Jasmin Cheryl Baluran, Philippines Co-Licensee Catherine Macalinao, the Legendary Captain of Philippine Basketball Association and FE Quantum Pendant Spokesperson Alvin Patrimonio and his wife, Cindy Patrimonio, new Presidential Directors, Executive Directors, Directors and guests from various institutions in Davao and neighbouring cities, walking along to the beat of the kulintangan. Crown Presidential Direct Jeremy Looi was given the honour to beat the agong three times, which signifies “The event has now started!” elating the audience very much. The inspiring and touching messages from Crown Presidential Directors Jeremy Looi, Nathan Demecillo and Christian Eduard Baluran capped the night’s activity. They all accentuated that the keys to success are a strong belief system to one’s self, persistence, determination, hard and smart work and choosing the right people along the feat. FusionExcel International, as the three put it, has already transcended from its level of being one of the top multilevel marketing companies into being one of the world’s best companies through its extraordinary visions and its heart to serve. The messages touched hearts, and were all well-applauded by the guests and leaders who were challenged to be the next to share their stories in the course of their respective journeys with FusionExcel. Highlights Of The Event: • Singing of the Invocation and the Lupang Hinirang (The Chosen Land), National Anthem, led by University of Mindanao Chorale, an award-winning and distinguished singing group in Davao City. • Highlighting and teeing-up of FusionExcel International, its achievements, missions, goals and accomplishments. Also, FE Davao’s representative discussed FusionExcel Davao City’s participation in FE’s mission of social transformation through "Hope For Children" advocacy. • Entertainments from Executive Director Coleen Mae Cedeno, also a locally-distinguished dance sport enthusiast, and University of Mindanao Chorale, whose repertoire of songs was highly applauded by the audience. • Product Demonstration in Balance Test and Group Strength Test initiated by Crown Presidential Directors Nathan Demecillo and FE Spokesperson/Endorser Alvin Patrimonio. The result of the demonstrations wowed the crowd in amazement! • Mock check presentation of a total of Php 150,000 were given to two (2) charitable institutions – Bantay Bata 163 Davao City and Kabiba Alliance for Children’s Concern, Inc. – whose main concern is the education, social and educational upliftment of the urban poor children and children from the war-torn provinces of Mindanao. Indeed, FE’s advocacy of giving the children, our future leaders, a good start was realized in this simple way. And a separate mock check of Php 100,000 was generously donated by Crown Presidential Directors Nathan and Faithlyn Demecilio to the Lourdes Elementary School, with the check received by Presidential Directors Rogelio and Maricel Caballo representing the school. • Mandaya court dance was presented by a Mandaya group of performers to celebrate the recognition of new FE Leaders. It was a significant part of the Mandaya culture to offer a Mandaya dance since it celebrates a new beginning and good luck for those who were given honorary tribute. DIRECTORS EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTORS • Recognition of new Directors, Executive Directors, Presidential Directors and the three Crown Presidential Directors present during the event – Crown Presidential Directors Jeremy Looi, Nathan Demecillo and Christian Eduard Baluran. Congratulations, Leaders! You are the epitomes of success and excellence. The sky and the blue, vast ocean are the limits in reaching your goals! • Raffle draw of 22 Quantum Science products and accessories were also given to Leaders. • Awarding of the Lord and Lady of the Night and Couple of the Night ended the Event with a bang, bringing the crowd in sizzling elation. Congratulations! What made the event more worthwhile were the messages of the power trio Crown Presidential Directors, who brought enthusiasm as well as tears to Leaders. Crown Presidential Directors Nathan Demecillo cited the willingness “to pay sweat, blood, time and energy to become successful in FusionExcel.” He added that joining in the great tides towards success with FusionExcel is opportune for the Leaders because the company is not just a Ferrari business: it is also a company with a big heart to serve. Crown Presidential Directors Baluran’s line is also worth quoting, saying, “Failures are the stepping stones towards success. You will never experience the best of life’s blessings if you did not fail a hundred or a thousand times. Let those experiences propel you to the best that you can be.” Their speeches moved the Country Licensee’s heart, which made him shed tears. Crown Presidential Director Jeremy Looi commended both Crown Presidential Directors for their willingness to be mentored and coached and also for their passion and commitment in achieving what they are today. The Country Licensee also threw a big challenge to all Leaders, ending it with FE’s signature line " See You All At The Top!
