Samboy Lim (current team manager of the Ginebra Kings) and Allan Caidic (Ginebra Kings Coach) were first introduced to Fusion Excel’s Quantum Science products in March 2008 by Fusion Excel’s Philippines Country Licensee Jeremy Looi. At that time Ginebra was the underdog, with a win-loss record of 0-5. It’s not possible to have a worse start in the season than losing the first five games! The Ginebra Kings rose slowly but surely from the bottom most-rung and ended the regular season with third placing

Photo shows Ginebra Kings playing against the notoriously rough-playing Red Bulls in the semi finals. Ginebra had lost twice to the Red Bulls in the regular season. The Red Bulls were second place in the league when the playoffs began. Before a sell-out crowd, Ginebra again rose to the occasion and trashed the Red Bulls twice convincingly with a win of 111 over 104...

… and 108 over 82! Since these matches, the Ginebra Kings have beaten the Red Bulls for a third and fourth consecutive time in this playoff semi final series of the PBA, winning them a place in the FINALS!

This gives Ginebra its first series sweep in franchise history, its 17th finals appearance, and the first sweep in league history in 16 years (the last was in 1992 Third Conference when Swift swept 7-Up in the finals). The Game 4 victory extended Ginebra’s winning streak dating back from the eliminations to 12 (the longest in franchise history and the PBA for 12 years).

Now the Ginebra Kings are on a roll, and HAVE NOT lost in the last 12 games since using Fusion Excel’s Quantum Science products.
